    About Reservations and Use

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 10:00 a.m.
    Please contact us if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    The cancellation policy is as follows.
    10 days prior to your stay: 10% of the reservation fee
    5 days prior to your stay: 20% of the reservation fee
    2 days prior to your stay: 50% of the reservation fee
    1 day prior to your stay: 80% of the reservation fee
    On the day of your stay: 100% of the reservation fee
    No-show/no-arrival without contact: 100% of the reservation fee
    ※Please inquire separately for the cancellation of group reservation.
  • Do you provide pick-up service?
    Free shuttle bus service is available from JR Kosei Line Kitakomatsu Station.
    ※Reservations are required for the free pick-up. If you wish to use this service, please make a reservation when reserving your accommodation.
  • Is it possible to take dogs on the shuttle vehicle?
    It is possible to let dogs in a pet bag.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept cash, credit cards, PayPay and LINEPay.
  • Should I bring anything?
    It's an all-inclusive package that includes meals, drinks, and amenities, so you don't have to worry about coming empty-handed. (Excluding preschoolers)
    Room wear is available, but only in one size for adults, so please bring your own if you need it.
  • What time do I have to go back to AFUMI by?
    The parking lot will close at 11:00 p.m.
  • About the guest rooms

  • What is the maximum number of accommodation?
    Lake View dome, dome tent with dog park, and dome tent with an open-air bath can accommodate 2 to 4 people, and Suite Villa can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
  • How many beds are provided?
    Four single beds are provided in the Lake View dome and dome tent with an open-air bath, Four single beds or two double beds are provided in the dome tent with dog park ,and four single beds and one double bed are provided in the Suite villa.
  • Can I specify the building if it is the same grade?
    As a general rule, you cannot specify the building, but we may accept your request depending on the reservation status.
  • Is there an outlet?
    Each room is equipped with a power source that you can use freely.
  • What amenities do you have?
    We have face towel, bath towel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion, body towel, hand soap, toothbrush, makeup remover, face wash, toner, milky lotion, hair brush, razor, and hair tie.
  • Do you have chairs, amenities, and tableware for small children?
    *Baby chair (antelope type), tableware, *baby soap, and trash bags for diapers are available.    
    Please inquire at the front desk. *The number is limited.
  • What amenities are available for dogs?
    A cage (length: 58 x width: 111 x height: 55)* rental, A pet sheet, food bowl, water bowl, litter box for dogs, wet wipes, and deodorizing cleaner are provided in the room.
  • Can I sleep in bed with my dog?
    You and your dog can share a bed.
    If you and your dog sleep in the bed together, we will provide you with a doggie bed sheet for your dog to sleep on.
    Please note that we will charge you for the cleaning fee if your dog has behaved roughly in the room.
    If you are concerned, we recommend that your dog wears a doggie diaper.
  • Are there any rules regarding bringing dogs to the "Dome with dog park"?
    Yes, there are.

    ■About the condition and terms of the dome tent with dog park

    1. Only dogs are allowed for accommodation as pets.
    2. Up to two small dogs, one medium-sized dog, and one large dog may stay with you per building.
    3. Pets are not allowed in the outdoor shower/toilet building, the accommodation area except for the Dog Run Dome building, and the interior of the cafe/reception building. Pets are allowed on the deck of the cafe.
    4. When walking your dog in the facility, please be sure to keep it on a leash and be considerate of other guests.
    5. Your dog must have been vaccinated against rabies and viral infectious diseases (a combination of at least five vaccines) and has been vaccinated for more than 2 weeks and less than 1 year. Please show the proof of these vaccinations upon your check-in.
    6. You will be required to sign agreement to the following terms and conditions upon your check-in.

    ■Agreement for Accommodation with Pet

    1. In the event that the dog of the guest causes damage or injury to a third party or a third party's dog while staying in the facility, the owner of the dog shall be responsible for handling the situation and shall be liable for compensation.
    2. In the event of any contamination or damage are caused by the dog of the guest, the guest shall reimburse for the actual cost of repair and cleaning.
    3. If your pet has defecated in an area other than the indoor pet toilet, please clean up immediately and hygienically. In addition, if your pet has defecated in the common areas, please dispose of the feces yourself and notify the staff.
    4. Please be careful to prevent your dog from damaging the building, furniture, fixtures, plants, and other equipment and fittings, and in the unlikely event that your dog should break or damage any of these, you will be liable for the cost of repairs, etc.
    5. Dogs that stay with the owners in the facility should be “trained” at minimum extent and must not disturb other guests by barking, jumping, or destroying facilities.

  • If I stay for consecutive nights, can you clean my room on the second day?
    For security reasons, we have refrained from cleaning the inside of the dome and the toilet and shower building.
    We will only clean the dining area and BBQ grill.
    We also have 2 days worth of towels in the shower building.
  • When staying for consecutive nights, can I stay in the room during the day on the second day?
    It is possible to stay. Please note that between 10:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m, the facility will be cleaned and staff will be moving around with carts.
  • Can I use the free drinks throughout my stay?
    When staying for consecutive nights, the drink bar is available from 3:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m on the first and second day and from 6:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m the next morning.
  • About facilities

  • Is there a toilet or shower room?
    There is a separate shower room and toilet in the dome tent building. The villa building has a bathroom.
  • Do the guest rooms have air conditioning?
    Each room is equipped with air conditioning and air purifier for your comfort.
  • Is WiFi available?
    Each room is equipped with WiFi.
  • Is there a parking lot?
    Free parking is available on the site. Parking is available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of your check-in until check-out.
  • Can I have a BBQ or meals even if it rains?
    All weather conditions are possible. (If inclement weather, such as heavy snow or strong winds, makes it difficult to eat, food may be served in the café space.)
  • Is there heating in the dining area?
    There is a gas stove in the dining space.
  • Is there a TV inside the dome tent?
    Since the concept is to enjoy the outdoors time, there are no TVs installed in the rooms.
  • Do you have towels for preschoolers?
    Not available.
    For guests of elementary school age and older, we provide bath towels and face towels.
  • About meals

  • Can I bring my own ingredients?
    If you are using a standard accommodation plan that includes meals, please refrain from bringing in any food items other than drinks and sweets.
    If you are using a plan with no meals, you can bring your own food, but please note the following points:
    1. There is a limited amount of refrigerator space in the room. Also, if you have a meal plan, the next morning's breakfast will be stored in the refrigerator the day before, so please note that there may not be enough space.
    2.Please be careful about food poisoning. This facility is not responsible for any food poisoning caused by food or drinks brought in.
  • I have reserved two buildings, but I would like to gather in one building to have a meal. Is that possible?
    We will be happy to assist you. Please let us know in the notes section when making your reservation, or contact us by phone or email.
  • Is alcohol included in the inclusive service at the free bar?
    In addition to soft drinks, alcoholic beverages are also included in the inclusive service.
    The alcohol menu includes draft beer, chuhai, red wine, white wine, highball, and plum wine.
  • Please let me know when the free bar will be held.
    It is from 15:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m. Soft drinks are available from 6:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m the next morning.
  • We are considering celebrating our anniversary, but can you arrange a cake? Can I specify when the cake will be served?
    Please place your order yourself from cake.jp, which is available in the link on the reservation site. The cake you ordered will be delivered to our facility on the day of your stay.
    Although our staff will not be able to take your cake out of the box, we will bring a set of wooden knives, forks, and spoons, paper plates, cake knives, and cake spatulas to your room at your request.
  • I have an allergy, can I make changes to my meal?
    At our facility, various ingredients are prepared in the same kitchen, so there is a possibility that allergens may be mixed in.
    To prevent any accidents from occurring, we do not accommodate food allergies.
  • About a plan with no-meal

  • Do you have plates, chopsticks, etc.?
    Two paper plates, trays, and chopsticks are provided for each person (one for breakfast and one for dinner).
  • Do you have cooking utensils?
    Cooking utensils are available for rental.
    A set of knife, cutting board, scissors, and tongs costs ¥1000.
    No other cooking utensils are available for rental.

  • Are fireworks allowed?
    We are sorry that the fireworks are prohibited on the site of the facility.
    Fireworks are not allowed on the premises of the facility, but you can enjoy the fireworks on the sandy beach of Komatsuhama Swimming Beach in front of the facility.
    Buckets for fire extinguishing are available for rental.
  • Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
    There is a 7-Eleven about 5-minutes drive away.
  • Are there any hot spring facilities nearby?
    There is a hot spring facility called "Hiratopia".

    It is located 5-6 minutes by car from our facility.
  • Do I need special cold protection measures in the middle of winter?
    In winter, it snows and the region is prone to strong winds, so we recommend that you take proper measures to protect yourself from the cold when dining outside.
    Adult bench coats and blankets are available for rental. *The number is limited.
  • Preschoolers will be required to sleep together, but are they provided with bedding?
    Regardless of the number of guests, we provide bedding for the number of beds.
  • Is there insect repellent outdoors or indoors?
    Vape inside the dome (summer only), mosquito coils in the dining area (summer only)
    We offer freezing jets (all year round) to kill centipedes, stink bugs, spiders, etc.
  • About activitys

  • When can I book a SUP?
    It is from April 1st to October 31st.
  • This is my first SUP experience, can I make a reservation?
    Don't worry, your instructor will lead you. Dogs can also come along.
  • I have made a reservation of sup but by what time should I go? Is there anything I should bring?
    Check in at 3:00 p.m, enter your room, change your clothes, and enjoy your stay from 3:30 p.m to 4:30pm. Please prepare clothes that you don't mind getting wet, such as swimsuits and rash guards.
    *We do not recommend heavy clothing such as jeans.
    Towels and water are available here.
  • When can I reserve a tent sauna?
    Available all year round.
  • I have made a reservation of a tent sauna, but by what time should I go? Is there anything I should bring?
    Check in at 3:00 p.m, enter your room, change your clothes, and enjoy your stay from 3:30 p.m to 4:30 p.m. Please prepare clothes that you don't mind getting wet.

  • Are the activities weather dependent?
    Activities may be canceled in case of bad weather or strong winds.
  • Can I bathe in the lake?
    There is a Komatsuhama swimming area in front of the facility, so you can enjoy swimming in the lake during the summer.
  • Can I rent swimsuits and floats for swimming in the lake?
    We do not rent swimsuits or floats. Please prepare your own.
    We have a compressor available to pump air into floats, etc.
  • Can I bring play equipment?
    Bicycles, J-boards, kickboards, striders, drones, and other items that may cause a nuisance to other guests are not permitted within the facility premises.
    Ball and badminton are not permitted during peak season only.
